Yeah, Baby!!!

10 pounds down...35 to go!!!!

I was really down on the whole diet thing this weekend. I was certainly getting fed up with it, but now that I'm down 10 pounds in three weeks, I've got to keep going! Yay me!!!

Yay you. Congrats on the weight loss. Let me know about your program. I need to lose some weight too.

It's actually fairly simple. Each day, 3 servings of protein: eggs, lean beef (but no more than twice per week), cottage cheese, chicken, fish, turkey (but no pork or deli meat at all).
4 servings of veggies, 2 servings of fruit, 3 starches (bread, potato, rice, etc), water, skim milk. Oh, you can have coffee but no creamers. You can use a couple tbsp of milk, though. No diet colas, just diet clear sodas. Oh, and 2tbsp fat free dressing and 1 tsp margarine or fat free mayo per day. Really, that's about it. It's just getting really boring. And I feel like I'm eating constantly to get it all in.

I don't know what the plan looks like once you hit goal. There's a six week stabilization period after that.

Bobbi, it's a local company. Their only locations are here. But, what I wrote is the plan. It becomes incredibly boring after a week or two. I just have to fight through it. LOL!
