WTF?!? I almost broke the TV tonight. After more than a year of waiting for Meredith and Derek to get back together, THEY BREAK UP????? Ummm...Shonda Rhimes is so NOT my favorite person right now. I'm so mad right now that I am seriously thinking of jumping ships. I may just have to get behind Meredith and Mark. Okay. Maybe I'm just really upset but someone really needs to kick the crap out of Derek!
And we all know that George is not transferring to Mercy West. Callie's going to divorce him and he's going to end up with Izzy. Seriously.
What are these people doing to me!!!!????!!!!
Oh...and I may just have to hate Thatcher even more after seeing the promo for next week (yeah, he slaps Meredith right across the face. Bastard)...

Ok - now calm down - you of all people should know that promos are never as they seem (remember the jeep down in the woods at the start of the season). Derek will also come to his senses - besides it all has to do with the Chief thing and "the Chief" isn't leaving.
So, take deep breaths and think good thoughts.
Oh, I absolutely know that the promos are sometimes very misleading but that is clearly Thatcher Grey slapping Mer. So not cool. Grrr.
And Derek. Oh Derek. I know that he's confused and upset because the Chief told him that he wouldn't give Derek his vote to protect Mer. But I really do think it's deeper than that. I really think he's confused and overwhelmed. I'll agree to calm down until next week...two hours! Yay!

Okay, so I have not lost my mind to the point that I don't know that it's just a show...yet! LOL!
Derek and Meredith were together in the first season, then his wife suddenly showed up and he decided to stay with her so they were not together for the majority of season two. The beginning of season three, he divorced Addison and it still took more than a few episodes for them to hook up again, but they've been a couple since the end of episode 307.
BUT....I think Thatcher has a very good reason to slap Mer - just wait and see - you may even agree with me!
