Will it materialize this time? I'm not counting on it. At least it's in the 70's today. I've got all of the windows open wide!

Our winter storm watch is basically the same as yours. We are supposed to get six inches or more between tonight and tomorrow. It's going to be a mess, if it actually happens, to get to work tomorrow. We'll just have to wait and see.
By the way, we loved Daniel's comment that you cleaned for nothing. Sounds like something his father would have said at that age. LOL and we did.
Sorry, our warning is for tonight and tomorrow morning and now they're saying some areas could get up to 12 inches of snow. It's going to be some storm.
Well, we're still above freezing here in beautiful central Peoria. We're due some rain turning into snow later with an expected 1-4" total. That's nice, but I'll have to shovel the snow that the snow plow left at the bottom of my driveway. Everything else has melted except for the snow plow piles.
Dad
Apparently, this thing is tracking further south than it was set to and now, instead of getting 1-2" like they said last night, we could get up to 5+" of snow this evening. Not counting on the kids having school tomorrow if this thing happens. Looks like a monster!
Big fish with snow blowers in Iowa.
Those big fish are gonna need a good snow blower! LOL!
That 6 HP Sears snow blower was one of my better ideas. The little Sears 3 HP blower gets it cleaner in the light stuff, the the big gun really chews up the heavy snow though.
Still raining, but I went and voted and went to the store before it started coming down
Dad
I give up. LOL
So....how are you all doing? All that has been on the news here is about the tornados thru the south. Are you digging out? We are sitting at 68 degrees on our way to 75 today with really bad storms coming this afternoon/evening as your cold front comes this way.
