Easter

The kids have had a pretty good Easter. We filled and hid eggs for them and they enjoyed their Easter baskets. Unfortunately, it'll be a while before I can look at ham (I know that's true for many of us) so we're having Easter Macaroni and Cheese for dinner tonight.

I ate the last of the sliced ham on Saturday. The last of that spiral cut stuff got pitched after I had a couple of chunks. I still have a whole "Black Forest" ham (cut up into 4 chunks still in the freezer. Maybe I'll try one in a couple of months.

Dad, you also have some in packages in your big freezer individually wrapped. It's going to be a while before I can do ham again although it was very much appreciated.

I can't remember what all we put into your freezer, Dad. I know that there was ham and meatloaf. That spiral ham was really tasty...there was just so much of it. How was your meat wad (is that what you called it?) last night?

The meat wad was good. I fried it with potatoes and onions. The meat wad thing comes from "Aqua Teen Hunger Force" which I'm recording for Mark.

Tonight it's teriaki beef in a wok. I'll have to work out veggies.
