In The Words of Daniel...Whaaaaa???

I've been hearing that there was an earthquake in Southern Illinois last night. Apparently, we were able to feel it here as it shook buildings in the area. I felt nothing, but that doesn't mean anything. I was just wondering what the Illinoisans felt...and Sue since it appears she was so close (I could be wrong). I hope you are all safe!

I heard about the earthquake this morning on my way to work. We didn't feel anything where we're at. Hope everyone is OK.

I picked this up at WGN Radio:

The quake is believed to have involved the Wabash fault, a northern extension of the New Madrid fault about six miles north of Mount Carmel, Ill., said United States Geological Survey geophysicist Randy Baldwin.

Maurice felt the quake this morning about 5:38. At firt he though it was Rachel hopping in the shower then he though could it be the roof that he has been working on all week. He was reliefed to find out that it was an earthquake. LOL. I slept through it. However about an hour ago I thought someone was shaking my chair apparently it was an after shock. Pretty weird.

I slept through it but it woke Jeff up. He didn't feel shaking but it sounded to him like someone was walking up the stairs. We had our windows open and he just assumed that the wind had picked up until he heard about the earthquake and the time.
