You've got to love a holiday that celebrates oil by eating things fried in oil. For dinner we had...Bar-b-que brisket, matzo ball soup, latkes with sour cream and applesauce (not mixed) and doughnuts. The kids also lit the menorahs. Happy Hanukkah to those who celebrate it!
